It’s an .ISO pretty much common knowledge of how to use it.
3 choices for these types of files.
1. Mount the image using DAEMON Tools Lite (or pro)
2. Burn the .ISO image to a disk then run like you would any other disk.
3. Extract the .ISO using WinRAR and find a no cd crack.

(added note you may need to get a serial if not included for installing.)
